We own a number of investment properties on Sanibel and Captiva. Our property management offering started as an internal service for our own rental properties. We will treat your property as if it was our own.

CLEANING PRACTICES- BEST IN CLASS

As with other areas of our business, we employ industry leading best practices in our administration of cleanings and inspections, wherever possible, to keep both owners and guests as safe as they can be during these uncertain times. Feel free to read through our cleaning guidance, distributed to our cleaners and adhered to closely. We also employ daily temp checks prior to cleanings and a mandatory quarantine period if any of our cleaning crew is potentially exposed to the virus. We took sanitation very importantly prior to the advent of the novel virus, and now hold it in the highest redard possible.
